We are totally in tune with our customers and therefore the demands and challenges they face are tackled and embraced by our versatile workforce enabling us to quickly react when required. In line with the above we have an in house re-work department, enabling us to work closely with our customers and adapting to their needs.
Warehouse capacity - over 250,000sqft and holding 27,000 pallets.
This well-equipped facility supports the continued demand on achieving and maintaining exceptional levels of service. During peak season trading a 24/7 shift environment is deployed to ensure continued service levels are provided.
All quality standards are controlled by a stringent approval system prior to production. Subsequent inspections are made during and after production by our team of qualified inspectors based in the Far East. Product is again inspected on arrival in our UK warehouse by our UK QC team.

To ensure we are consistently providing you with a great product at great prices, our buying teams in the UK, Hong Kong and China are constantly working together to look for potential improvements within our current sourcing and supply chain infrastructure.
Our dedicated team of buyers, designers, merchandisers, QC, supply chain, and accounts, manage the process from initial concept, on-line production, shipment and finally through to delivery to our customers – an all-around team effort, to provide you with the product you require.
An Intranet system is fully utilised as a key link between all departments within Anker and enables constant sharing of information with the other Design group companies, providing a constant and productive communication flow.
Our QC teams are working regularly with our suppliers to cover online inspections as well as a final inspection prior to shipment being arranged, therefore ensuring the product is being produced to a consistent and acceptable level.

We are proud to present showrooms in the UK, Holland, Hong Kong and Australia, all maintained to a high standard to reflect the direction of our business in relation to our existing ranges along with future product development.
Our UK Anker showrooms are situated in Newport Pagnell (Bucks) and Hyde (Manchester) and are both over 1000sq meters.
Displays in these showrooms are changed on a regular basis to reflect the specific selling seasons, such as Back to School and Christmas, whilst highlighting the latest design trends, film releases and the current “must have” licenses.
These inspirational displays reflect the width and depth of each product category and enable us to showcase current ranges as well as communicate our latest innovative product designs.

Anker’s main studio is located at our UK head office, in Newport Pagnell (near Milton Keynes) and is creatively involved in product and packaging across all our generic product ranges, as well as taking a pro-active approach with conceptual work, working hand in hand with the key retailers in the UK.
We have in-house expertise in working with surface patterns, illustrations, packaging design, photography, 3D visualisation and trend research all of which can be applied across our product ranges of Stationery, Activity, Licensed Products, Christmas, Home, Photo Frames and Albums – the aim being to provide our customers with exciting, innovative and trend led products.
Anker are not alone – we have 6 other associated design studios across the Design Group and across the world, giving us all access to each other’s experiences and design ideas.
